Tigers fall in the first round of the SAA Tournament against Berry

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (April 22, 2016) – The Sewanee softball team dropped its first game in the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Tournament, Friday, by a 15-0 score against Berry on the campus of Rhodes College.

The Vikings scored six runs in the bottom of the first, four in the second, two in the third, and four in the fourth.

The lone Tiger hit came from leaderoff batter Charlsey Shirey.

Berry starter Allie Coronado was outstanding allowing the lone hit while strikeout out one in the complete game.
