GREENCASTLE, Ind. 4/11/10 – The DePauw Tigers completed the three-game SCAC series sweep of Sewanee by taking a 14-0 victory in today’s series finale in Greencastle, Ind.
The Tigers managed only four hits on the day. Connor Liston (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., Episcopal) finished 2-for-3 and Rascoe Dean (Nashville, Tenn., Montgomery Bell Academy) and Greg Bartleski (Charlottesville, Va., Covenant)picked up a hit apiece.
Chris Mauro (Washington, D.C., St. Alban's) was tagged with the mound loss for Sewanee working five innings allowing seven earned runs on seven hits.
Sewanee falls to 6-23 overall and 1-11 in SCAC play.
The Tigers will return to action on Wednesday afternoon when they host LaGrange College at Montgomery Field.
