ATLANTA, Ga. 3/16/10 – Sewanee sophomore shortstop Connor Liston has been named SCAC Offensive Baseball Player of the Week for week six of the baseball season.

CONNOR LISTON OF SEWANEE: UNIVERSITY OF THE SOUTH, a 5-9, 175-pound sophomore infielder from Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., has been named the SCAC Offensive Baseball Player-of-the-Week for games played Monday, March 8 through Sunday, March 14.
In three games, Liston batted 9-for-14 at the plate for a.643 batting average while driving in five runs, hitting two doubles, two triples and tallying 15 total bases as he helped the Tigers to a 3-0 week in Winter Haven, Fla. He was 4-for5 with five RBI and two doubles and one run in game against Gallaudet.
Liston posted a 1.071 slugging percentage for the week.
Liston’s selection comes on the heels of last week’s selection of teammate, Greg Bartleski, as SCAC Pitcher of the Week.
