SEWANEE, Tenn. -- Sewanee hosted DePauw in SCAC women's basketball Friday and DePauw topped the host Tigers 82-37. DePauw led 39-19 at the half.
Seniors
Kelly Morrison (Bridgeport, W. Va., Notre Dame) and
Jamie Robinson (Ft. Worth, Tex., Ft. Worth Country Day) were honored for Senior Night and Morrison led the Tigers with 10 points.
Virginia Zakas (Atlanta, Ga., Westminster) led the Sewanee D with four steals. Katie Aldrich led DePauw with 13 points. DePauw outshot Sewanee in field goal percentage 54%-29%.
Sewanee is now 6-17 (2-11 SCAC. The Tigers will host Centre Sunday. DePauw is 19-3 and 12-1.
