SEWANEE, Tenn. - Sewanee will host DePauw in SCAC basketball action tonight, with the women tipping off at 6 pm and the men at 8 pm. For the women, seniors
Kelly Morrison (Bridgeport, W. Va., Notre Dame) and
Jamie Robinson (Ft. Worth, Tex., Ft. Worth Country Day) will be honored during halftime of the men's game. For the men, senior
Jeremy Simpson (Decatur, Tenn., McMinn County) will be honored before the men's game. Additionally, the Sewanee women will be participating in the WBCA's Pink Zone©.
The Pink Zone has over 1,500 schools particpating and is the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's way to assist in raising breast cancer awareness on the court, across campuses, in communities and beyond. The team will warm up in pink sweats, wear ink laces, and the coaches and staff will be wearing pink.
