Pierce Leonard – Men’s Lacrosse– Senior – Charlotte, N.C.

Leonard led the Tigers to a 6-5 win over Kenyon last Saturday. Leonard added a match-high three goals on six shots.

Overall, Leonard currently leads Sewanee with nine goals and 12 points.

Female

Jenny Liles – Women’s Tennis – Senior – Little Rock, Ark.

Liles continues to play well for the No. 18 Sewanee women’s tennis team. Liles earned a pair of wins over No. 4 Emory last Saturday after she defeated regionally ranked No. 3 singles player Jordan Wylie in straight sets 4-6, 6-3, 6-3.

Additionally, Liles, along with her sister Lindsey, defeated the No. 1-ranked Atlantic South Region doubles team of Gabbie Clark and Annette Sullivan, 8-6.
